Trifecta Proven is a women-owned business whose founders began working together in 2008 at Catalyst Professional Services, Inc.  We spent nearly two decades supporting Department of Defense healthcare missions across multiple high-visibility programs. Our leadership team has delivered medical staffing and clinical support services on major contracts, including the Traumatic Brain Injury Surge Contract, the United States Navy Southeast MATO, the Walter Reed Critical Care Nursing Contract, and the Medical Q-Services Contract. We also bring experience managing Research & Development initiatives and Administrative support contracts across the federal landscape.

Together, our founders form a proven, high-performing team with deep expertise in targeted recruitment, expedited and accurate credentialing, and responsive program management. We understand the operational demands of military healthcare environments and consistently deliver solutions that strengthen readiness, enhance patient care, and support mission success.

Megan Heath

Megan Heath, PhD, is a seasoned program oversight leader with nearly 20 years of experience supporting complex government and healthcare initiatives. She is a scientist and engineer by training, holding a PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Dr. Heath is committed to advancing biomedical sciences and strengthening the connection between scientific innovation and practical healthcare solutions. A specific area of interest for Dr. Heath is improving the accessibility and availability of innovative and essential medical and mental healthcare programs for military service members. Her professional background spans recruiting, credentialing, program management, business development, and contract implementation, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how to build and sustain high‑performing teams.

She specializes in identifying and placing highly skilled professionals whose expertise aligns with the unique needs of each customer. As a leader at Trifecta Proven, Dr. Heath is dedicated to cultivating a company culture where employees feel supported, connected to their corporate representatives, and genuinely valued by their employer.

Dave Tadder

Dave Tadder is the Chief Financial Officer at Trifecta Proven, with more than 16 years of experience in the government contracting industry.  Before co‑founding Trifecta Proven, he served as Vice President of Operations at Catalyst Professional Services, where he oversaw financial management, contract performance, and organizational strategy for federal medical staffing programs.

Dave began his career in financial roles at Citicorp and DIRECTV, building a strong foundation in financial analysis, forecasting, and operational efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Pepperdine University.  At Trifecta Proven, he ensures the company remains fiscally strong, operationally efficient, and positioned for sustainable growth while supporting the people and missions at the heart of the organization.

Erica Garner

Erica Garner is the Chief Operating Officer at Trifecta Proven, bringing 16 years of experience in program management, human resources leadership, recruiting, and government credentialing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Loyola University Chicago and is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management, grounding her work in both strategic HR principles and practical, people‑centered leadership.

Erica is widely recognized for her expertise in human resources and labor law compliance, credentialing lifecycle management, and workforce management. She has led operations for large, multi‑site government contracts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and full compliance across complex regulatory environments.

As a Program Manager, Erica is known for her responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to execute changes quickly and effectively. She excels at solving problems, supporting teams, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and staff. Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to operational excellence and a genuine dedication to the people who carry out the mission.
